Technical description
Line of presses with complete automation consisting of:
One mechanical head press FAGOR 2400 tons with die-cushion and moving bolster.
Following presses ( 3 units ) FAGOR 1000 tons without cushion and with moving bolster.
Each press has two moving bolsters.
Blank loader ABB Y.O.M. 2005, blank washer Y.O.M. 2004, In feed conveyor ABB, 6 robots ABB for loading and infeed operation between the presses and for destacking and takeover to exit-conveyor.
Tandem press designed for large series production of vehicle side parts.
