Technical description
Two Planer Type Milling Machines with a 6-Station Pallet System (PMC 1 + PMC 2)
Year of manufacture: 1996 and 1997.
The system was retrofitted and modified by WALDRICH COBURG in 2011/2012.
The milling length was extended to 14 metres.
Table pallet dimensions: 9,000 × 3,000 mm.
Number of table pallets: 6.
Each machine has a tool magazine with 420 tool positions and an additional 16 positions in the attachment/head magazine.
The working area is monitored by video surveillance.
Each machine is equipped with a high-pressure coolant system for through-spindle cooling, operating at 70 bar.
