FEATURES:
- Portable electronic handwheel HEIDENHAIN HR 420.
- Travelling operator platform, closed upperside with frontside sliding door and sight window. (dim. 2000 x 1350 x 1975 mm height).
- Coolant greasing device with 1000 ltrs tank + 500 ltr lifting tank with pump. Discharge thru shower collar around the spindle or thru inner inner coolant device according to DIN 69871 Form AD, upto 20 bar.
- Mechanical prearrangement for automatic toolchanger.
- Strap hinge system chip conveyor with width of 350mm & a throwing-off height of 1250mm.

- RPM of the mainspindle continiously adjustable thru 2 areas via ZF Gearbox.
- Forward feed motors are SIEMENS Servomotors, adjustment variable via digital propulsion technology.
- Hydraulic counterweight operates direct on vertical slide.
- Oil coolant unit for cooling of ZF main spindle Gearbox & ventilator for heatflow is in the milling slide.
